Social media intensely transformed marketing by allowing businesses to directly engage with clients, customers and vice versa. In this 6-hour online course, the main objective is to expound the benefits of social media on a business point-of-view by giving a new perspective on the content and the choice of platform to use. Specifically, the session will identify the techniques use to increase your social media search ranking, define your target audience, conduct social media audit and analyze data driven insights. Plus, provide the latest developments on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms so you could understand how to position your brand correctly and turn your strategy into action.
